I can’t thank you enough for trusting me to capture this exciting chapter of your life. Your senior session was so much fun, and I’m beyond excited about the images we created together. You showed up ready to celebrate who you are, and that energy is going to shine through in every photo.
This is just the beginning, the best part is still to come! About two weeks after your session is when we’ll sit down for your Image Premiere & Ordering Session, where you’ll get to see your photos for the very first time. It’s such a special moment, and I can’t wait to share it with you. Together, we’ll design your graduation announcements, create a one-of-a-kind album, and pick out artwork that will celebrate this milestone for years to come.

We’ll be placing your order during this time which means that everyone who wants a say in the final decision making process should be there! Mom, dad, grandparents, siblings, whoever you want involved! Send them a reminder!
Measure Your Walls
When designing your wall art, it’s important to know how big of a space we’re working with. Tape a piece of printer paper to the wall and take a photo with your phone. Unsure where you’ll be putting your wall art? Take a photo of the walls in any common area. We’re here to help!
Existing Products
Have any existing wall art, albums or portrait products in your home that you need to match? Take note of these and snap a photo! We work with many of the top labs in the country and are able to match these as needed.

– Ordering Session FAQ’s –
This is when we will sit down together at your home to go over all of your images! This is also when you’ll be selected your favorite images and where I’ll help you design all of your portrait products so you know exactly how everything will look before it’s even sent off to the print labs. You will be placing your order this day, too.
Please plan for your ordering session to take about 60-90 minutes! How long it lasts depends on how well you’ve prepared for your session by following the details in here and how quick you are at selecting your favorites, most clients are done within this time frame.
We accept all major credit cards, cash or checks for your senior portrait orders. We do have payment plans available in 6 or 12 month increments as well.
Please allow up to 4 weeks for all of your portrait products to be ready as we source all of your products from the best labs and sometimes this means that they will be coming from European print labs.
Due to the custom nature of your portrait order and how quickly the labs begin printing your products, all orders are final. But don’t worry, this is exactly why we do this together so that you can get all of your questions answered, see the products and ensure that everything is absolutely perfect before we’re done!
All of our products come with a lifetime guarantee for anything outside of normal wear and tear. While extremely rare, that means that if for any reason your product malfunctions such as an album binding coming loose or wall art mountings separating, we’ve got you covered! Just give us a call and we’ll get it replaced for you, no questions asked.
